How long does a repair take?

Most repairs are completed within 24 - 48 hours after approval. Same-day service is possible for urgent cases. If parts need to be ordered, we’ll let you know the timeline upfront.

Do you install software other than operating systems?

Yes. We can install productivity tools, antivirus programs, and other software you need.

Which brands do you repair?

We repair devices from major brands, including Apple, Windows, and many more.

Security and Privacy

Do you keep a record of my passwords?

No. We never store or keep copies of your passwords. If a password is required during setup, we’ll ask you directly, and you can reset it afterwards for peace of mind. Your accounts and data remain private and fully under your control.

Is my data safe with Wezatech?

Do your repairs come with a warranty?

Billing and Payments

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Cash, Credit/Debit Cards, Bank Transfers, and Digital Wallets.

What is the Diagnostic Fee?

Our diagnostic fee starts from QR100, depending on the type of device and the complexity of the issue. If you choose to proceed with the repair, this fee is deducted from your final bill. If not, it remains as a non-refundable charge for the evaluation service.

Any hidden charges?

Nope. Our pricing is transparent, and you’ll always know the cost upfront.

Do you provide invoices?

Yes. Every service comes with a detailed invoice.
