How long does it take to repair a device?

The repair time depends on the nature of the damage or service required. For home users, our standard timeframe is 24 to 48 hours from the time of quote approval. However, we understand the urgency of some situations, and in certain cases, we can provide same-day service. On the other hand, if specific parts are not readily available in stock, the process might take longer than 48 hours. Rest assured, we prioritize transparent communication, and you will be promptly notified about the progress of your task throughout the entire process.

Can you assist with software installations other than operating systems?

Absolutely! In addition to operating systems, we can assist with the installation of various software, including productivity tools and antivirus programs.

What brands of devices do you repair?

What is the Diagnostic Fee charged by Wezatech and how is it applied?

At Wezatech, for certain services, we apply a non-refundable Diagnostic Fee of QR100/-. This fee covers the professional evaluation of your device by our expert technicians to identify any issues affecting its performance. If you proceed with the recommended repair, the QR100/- will be deducted from the total invoice amount. However, if you choose not to proceed with the repair, the QR100/- remains as a non-refundable fee.

Are there any hidden charges for your services?

No, we believe in transparent pricing. The cost of our services will be communicated upfront, and there are no hidden charges.

Do you provide invoices for your services?

Yes, we provide detailed invoices for all services rendered. You will receive a clear breakdown of the costs involved.

Absolutely! We understand that technology concerns don't always adhere to regular business hours. Our support is available during the following business hours:

  •         Saturday: 3:30 PM to 9:30 PM
