1. Accepted Payment Methods

d) Other Methods

  • Cash on Delivery: Available for specific services or regions. Please contact us to check availability.
  • Checks: Accepted for business clients or large transactions. Please ensure checks are made payable to Wezatech and mailed to our billing address.

2. Diagnostic Fee

For certain services, Wezatech applies a non-refundable Diagnostic Fee of QR100/-. This fee covers the professional evaluation of your device to identify any issues. If you proceed with the recommended repair, the QR100/- will be deducted from the total invoice amount. If you choose not to proceed with the repair, the QR100/- remains as a non-refundable fee.

3. Payment Security

We take your payment security seriously. All transactions are encrypted and processed through secure payment gateways to ensure your information is protected.

4. Billing Information

Upon completion of your transaction, a detailed invoice will be sent to your registered email address. For any billing inquiries or to request a copy of your invoice, please contact our billing department at billing@wezatech.com.

5. Requesting Bank Details and Payment Links

For bank transfers and specific payment links, please contact our billing department. We will provide you with the necessary details upon request to ensure privacy and security.
