Payment Policy

1. Accepted Payment Methods

We accept the following payment methods:

  • Credit/Debit Cards: Visa, MasterCard.
  • Digital Wallets: PayPal.
  • Bank Transfers: Direct Bank Transfer (Wire Transfer).
  • Other Methods: Cash on Delivery (for specific services or regions), Checks (for business clients or large transactions).

2. Payment Terms

  • Credit/Debit Cards: All services require immediate payment upon receipt of the invoice unless otherwise agreed upon.
  • Immediate Payment: PayPal.
  • Subscription Services: Payments for subscription services are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly, quarterly, or annually) and are due on the stated billing date.
  • Late Payments: Any invoice not paid within 30 days of the invoice date may incur a late fee.
  • Quotation Terms: The terms of payment specified in the quotation provided for a particular service or project will override the terms stated on this website. Please refer to your quotation for specific payment terms.

3. Diagnostic Fee

For certain services, Wezatech applies a non-refundable Diagnostic Fee of QR100/-. This fee covers the professional evaluation of your device to identify any issues. If you proceed with the recommended repair, the QR100/- will be deducted from the total invoice amount. If you choose not to proceed with the repair, the QR100/- remains as a non-refundable fee.

5. Cancellation Policy

  • Service Cancellation: To cancel a service, contact our support team at hello@wezatech.com or call us at +974 6674 7442. Cancellations must be made at least 14 days before the next billing cycle to avoid further charges.
  • Subscription Cancellation: Subscription services can be cancelled at any time. Upon cancellation, access to the service will continue until the end of the current billing period.

6. Payment Security

We take your payment security seriously. All transactions are encrypted and processed through secure payment gateways to ensure your information is protected.

7. Requesting Bank Details and Payment Links

For bank transfers and specific payment links, please contact our billing department. We will provide you with the necessary details upon request to ensure privacy and security.

8. Invoice Disputes

If you believe there is an error on your invoice, please contact us immediately at billing@wezatech.com. We will investigate and resolve any disputes as quickly as possible.

9. Changes to the Payment Policy

Wezatech reserves the right to modify this payment policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website and will take effect immediately upon posting.
