Refund Policy

At Wezatech, we are committed to providing exceptional technology services tailored to your needs. Our refund policy is designed to be fair and transparent, ensuring the satisfaction of our valued clients. Please read this policy carefully before engaging with our services.

1. Eligibility for Refund

Objective Issues: We understand that objective issues may arise. If our services do not meet the specifications agreed upon or if there is a failure on our part, you may be eligible for a refund.

Subjective Issues: Subjective issues, such as personal preferences regarding system speed or internet speed, are not eligible for a refund. We encourage open communication to address and resolve such concerns through support and optimization.

2. Non-Refundable Diagnostic Fee

For certain services, Wezatech applies a non-refundable Diagnostic Fee of QR100/-. This fee covers the professional evaluation of your device to identify any issues. If you proceed with the recommended repair, the QR100/- will be deducted from the total invoice amount. If you choose not to proceed with the repair, the QR100/- remains as a non-refundable fee.

3. Assessment Period

Clients are encouraged to report any issues within 3 days after the completion of services. This allows our team the opportunity to address concerns before a refund is considered.

4. Communication

Open communication is key. Clients are requested to promptly reach out with any concerns, allowing our team to provide solutions or alternatives before a refund is considered.

5. Documentation

Clients seeking a refund are required to provide specific details and documentation about their concerns. This may include screenshots, error messages, or any other relevant information that helps our team understand and address the issue.

6. Service Completion

Refunds will not be granted for services that have been completed as per the agreed-upon terms. Once the service is completed, it is assumed that the client has received the full value of the service.

7. Refund Process

a) Clients must submit a refund request in writing to refund@wezatech.com.

b) Our team will review the request, considering the eligibility criteria mentioned above.

c) If eligible, refunds will be processed within 45 business days using the original payment method.

8. Changes to the Refund Policy

Wezatech reserves the right to modify or update this refund policy at any time. Clients will be notified of any changes through our website.
